High Performance Profiles (HPP) was founded because we observed a gap in services offered to companies that have poor performing organizations and teams. Many organizations spend money and time on partial fixes that may help somewhat for the short term. Methods of creating practical, yet complete, organizational solutions are not offered by most consulting firms because it doesn’t lend itself to handy bite sized “products” or massive multi-year projects. We offer a proven alternative–Intentional Design—that uses a custom diagnosis and pinpoint redesign of organizational elements to create lasting improvement and superior results.
HPP’s Intentional Design creates solutions that are unique to each client’s environment, needs and capabilities. HPP seeks to improve results for all stakeholders, owners, customers and team members. We call that “complete performance” or in the academic jargon, “joint optimization”.
HPP uses a Rapid Design Process to diagnose the elements of the organization that are ineffective and out of alignment, and then redesign those elements. The redesign uses several short phases that involves stakeholders, so the new design is refined, understood, and can be implemented well.
HPP consultants have significant experience in corporations, health care, education and nonprofits at all levels of the organization including executive teams, product teams, country teams, R&D teams, production teams, and entire organizations.
