Emma Browning is a management consultant in the areas of organization development and talent strategy. She is passionate about creating positive workplaces where people can do their best work and helping organizations achieve impact through their people. Specific consulting engagements have included organization design, career path development, engagement, diversity analysis, HR policy assessment, and compensation system design. Her clients have included a number of Fortune 500 companies and large non-profit organizations including universities and health systems. She has published in WorldatWork’s workspan magazine and presented for Bloomberg BNA and CUPA-HR.
Prior to her work in management consulting, Ms. Browning directed communications and business strategies in the non-profit sector. She holds a B.A. from Wake Forest University and an M.B.A. with a concentration in social entrepreneurship from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
