High Performance Profiles (HPP) was founded by Jim Kochanski, after 20 years as a partner and national practice leader in a large multinational consulting firm. Jim was an early practitioner in the creation of high performing organizations and teams within several Fortune 500 companies before going into consulting. Jim has completed hundreds of successful projects with leading organizations in energy, technology, health, and education. He uses a diagnostic approach to tailor organizational solutions to fit each client’s needs and ability to execute.

Jim has a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from American University Jim has published over 40 articles and book chapters on topics related to organizational high performance. He has been a speaker at many regional, national and global conferences. One of his goals with HPP is to assemble the best network of organizational consultants in order to serve each client with the best team possible.
